We are looking for an experienced STIBO STEP MDM Support / Consultant with hands-on experience in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in STIBO STEP configuration, MDM concepts, data governance, production support, and data quality. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise MDM solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business applications.

Job Details

  • Support and implement STIBO STEP MDM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and customize STIBO STEP to meet client-specific business needs.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for STIBO STEP MDM applications.
  • Analyze and resolve MDM-related incidents, issues, and service requests.
  • Support master data creation, validation, enrichment, and maintenance processes.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, validations, and data models.
  • Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
  • Support data governance initiatives and enforce data quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot integration and synchronization issues between STEP and enterprise applications.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
  • Experience in STIBO STEP configuration and customization.
  • Experience in MDM production support and incident management.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Experience with Product, Customer, Supplier, or Location master data domains.
  • Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, validations, and data models.
  • Good understanding of data integration, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with STIBO STEP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with data migration and data quality initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with clients and distributed teams.

Certificate: STIBO STEP MDM Certification (Good to have)
