The ideal candidate should have experience in the complete application lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of domain modeling, microflows, REST APIs, web technologies, and Agile development methodologies is required.

Job Details
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
- Manage the complete application lifecycle from requirement understanding through deployment.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Build and optimize domain models, microflows, and user interfaces.
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and other services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer when required.
- Develop and share Mendix development best practices across the developer community.
- Collaborate with internal DevOps teams and other development centers.
- Integrate Mendix applications into enterprise application landscapes using APIs and multiple data sources.
- Stay updated with the latest Mendix platform features and developments.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of total IT experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Mendix development.
- Proven experience delivering custom software solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Mendix application development.
- Strong knowledge of Mendix domain modeling and microflows.
- Expertise in REST APIs and application integrations.
- Experience developing workflow-based and responsive web applications.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and creative-thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-organizing and ownership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with DevOps teams and enterprise application landscapes.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean development practices.
- Experience working in multicultural and distributed teams.
- Strong mindset toward ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
