We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master – SAFe with 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles and product development environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, Agile practices, servant leadership, and cross-functional team coordination. The candidate should also have strong risk, dependency, impediment, stakeholder, and deployment management skills.

Job Details

  • Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile product development teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support PI Planning and other Agile Release Train (ART) events within the SAFe framework.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and System Architects.
  • Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting team delivery.
  • Promote Agile values, principles, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and collaboration.
  • Support CI/CD and deployment coordination across development and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams maintain a productive working environment.
  • Work with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • 6+ years of experience working in product development or Agile environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with PI Planning and ART events.
  • Experience working with Product Owners, RTEs, and System Architects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and servant leadership.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and blockers.
  • Strong cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint/Iteration Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment automation.
  • Good understanding of TDD, BDD, and Pair Programming practices.
  • Strong conflict resolution, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good technical and business understanding.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II) certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
  • Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with distributed and geographically diverse Agile teams.

Certificate: SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist Certification (Good to have)
