We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Consultant with 5–9 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in project planning, budgeting, costing, billing, resource management, and project execution processes.

Job Details
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle PPM solutions.
- Configure Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Control modules.
- Manage project setup, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and capital projects.
- Support the complete project lifecycle from requirement analysis through deployment and post-production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize project execution and portfolio management processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and test scripts.
- Perform SIT, support UAT, and participate in production deployments.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
Required Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in Oracle ERP with strong experience in Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Project Costing.
- Experience with Project Billing.
- Experience with Project Financial Management.
- Experience with Project Resource Management.
- Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management.
- Knowledge of Grants Management is preferred.
- Experience in functional design, configuration, and Oracle PPM implementation.
- Strong understanding of project accounting and project execution processes.
- Experience preparing FRD, BRD, and solution design documents.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials integration.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
- Oracle Cloud Certification is an added advantage.
Certificate: Oracle Cloud PPM Certification (Good to have)
