We are looking for an experienced LabVantage LIMS Lead / Support Lead with strong expertise in LabVantage LIMS administration, configuration, and production support. The ideal candidate should have experience leading LIMS support teams, resolving complex application issues, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of laboratory information management systems.

Job Details
- Coordinate LabVantage LIMS support, implementation, and enhancement activities.
- Resolve complex L1/L2 application, interface, and integration issues.
- Manage incident, problem, and service request resolution.
- Monitor application performance and overall system health.
- Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Review and approve system configuration changes and deployments.
- Oversee master data maintenance, governance, and data quality.
- Support testing, validation, training, go-live, and production support activities.
- Guide solution design for business enhancements and mentor support analysts.
- Provide regular status updates and coordinate support across multiple locations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with LabVantage LIMS administration and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Bartender integration.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and enterprise data integration.
- Experience troubleshooting application, interface, and integration issues.
- Understanding of laboratory instrument integration and data exchange.
- Experience supporting production environments and incident management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LabWare, AssayNet, CCLAS, or OnLIMS.
- Knowledge of ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) and LES (Laboratory Execution System).
- Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Jasper Reports and Databricks.
- Experience with LIMS integrations and laboratory instrument interfaces.
- Knowledge of roadmap planning, continuous improvement, and application enhancement processes.
- Spanish, French, or Dutch language skills are an added advantage.
Certificate: LabVantage LIMS Certification (Good to have)
