We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC&B Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–9 years of experience in Oracle Utilities products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, and Oracle CRM, along with experience in end-to-end implementation projects. The role requires a combination of functional and technical expertise, strong utility domain knowledge, and direct client-facing experience.

Job Details
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Utilities CC&B, C2M, and CCS solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand utility business processes.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents.
- Configure customer management, billing, collections, meter-to-cash, and service management processes.
- Support integrations between Oracle Utilities applications and third-party systems.
- Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support.
- Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, UAT support, and client training.
- Collaborate with development teams for customizations and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Utilities implementation best practices.
Required Skills
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in Oracle Utilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing).
- Mandatory hands-on experience with C2M (Customer to Meter).
- Experience with CCS (Customer Care & Service).
- Knowledge of Oracle CRM.
- Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects in Oracle CC&B/C2M.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Meter-to-Cash, Billing, and Customer Service processes.
- Strong understanding of utility business operations and processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, support, enhancements, and integrations.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
- Strong client-facing, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities MDM, OFSAA, or OUA Framework.
- Experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
- Exposure to cloud-based Oracle Utilities implementations.
- Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.
Certificate: Oracle Utilities Certification (Good to have)
